Hoover legacy in photos

On Oct. 25, the 50th anniversary of President Hoover’s death, a park ranger from Herbert Hoover National Historic Site will discuss archival photos and documents that illustrate the little-known legacy of Herbert Hoover.
The free presentation begins at 1:30 p.m. in the auditorium of Herbert Hoover Presidential Library-Museum.
Herbert Hoover is often criticized for his leadership while president during the Great Depression. But others from around the world honor Hoover's legacy of humanitarianism and statesmanship.
