Almost 300 at 15 library gigs

West Branch Public Library and Parks and Recreation wrapped up 15 after-school programs on Wednesday afternoons, according to a city memo released April 3.
In those weeks, some 299 children participated throughout the winter, read the memo.
The next Wednesday event will begin a series of monthly teen programs with an “On A Stick!” theme.
