Design plans unveiled Aug. 3

Prior to the Aug. 3 City Council meeting, the council will meet at Heritage Square for a 6 p.m. work session.
West Branch Preservation Commission members Lou Picek and Peggy Jeffries will present design options for Heritage Square.
The council then expects to return to City Hall to begin the regular meeting at 7 p.m.
