Speaking Volumes: We want to read about you; library sends citywide survey
by Nick Shimmin, WB Public Library · Op-Ed · February 04, 2016

Throughout February, the West Branch Public Library will be conducting a community survey to guide its planning process for library services.

The items on the survey will look to better understand what library services you use, how you make use of library materials, how you hear about library events and services, and what you want to see in the library in the near future.

The information will then help us create plans for future materials we buy, how we organize the interior of the library, and what funding priorities we’ll have to better serve the community.

Paper surveys will be available at several locations around town including the library and city office, in this issue of the West Branch Times, and online at wbpl.org/survey2016.

We hope that you’ll take a brief time to fill it out and help us continue to make the WBPL even better over the years to come.
