Elizabeth “Liz” Ann Martin, 64, passed away suddenly Wednesday, March 16, 2016, at her home in West Branch.
Elizabeth was born May 27, 1951, in Merced, Calif., the daughter of Homer Lafayette and Billie Genise (MacLamore) Dearmore. She was a graduate of Oakdale High School, Oakdale, Calif. Liz had been employed with Casey’s and also worked at Oral B in Iowa City. She enjoyed fishing, camping and cooking.
Survivors include daughter Lisa Olvera of Iowa City; two grandchildren, Rich Olvera and Rachell Olvera; five brothers: Galand (Candy) Dearmore of Wellman, Dan (Margaret) Dearmore of Lawrence, Kansas, Paul Williamson of West Branch, David Williamson of Texas and Rodney Dearmore of Eugene, Oregon; and sister Chabonnie (Bill) Blunt of Turlock, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters Tina and Shannon.
