Saturday, Sept. 24: 1 pm, Concert by John Nilsen in SUMC Sanctuary. Nilsen’s hour long concert will feature folk, classical and jazz styles, traditional hymn arrangements, & classics—woven together with stories of growing up Methodist, his family and travels. Everyone is welcome to attend this free concert; a love offering will be taken up. Nilsen has performed in 1,000 UMCs, in all 50 states and in Europe and Asia while recording 19 CD’s.
