Jr. High takes two from Tipton

West Branch Middle School’s junior high football teams traveled to Tipton to face the Tigers and returned with two wins.
Coach Randy Sexton said the seventh-grade team won by a score of 20-8. The eighth-grade team took the field and delivered a shutout, finishing with a score of 32-0.
The team will next face Wilton on Sept. 12, then host West Liberty 4:15 p.m. on Sept. 26.
