The League of Women Voters, a non partisan civic organization open to women and men, is meeting in Cedar County to explore establishing a League Chapter in Cedar County.
The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization that encourages informed and active participation in government, works to
increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy.
All persons living in Cedar County are invited to a formation meeting on Monday. Oct. 16 at 6:30 p.m. at 134 North Sixth St., West Branch.
