Letter: Killings on TV and God out of the picture

Why is the world so surprised with all the killings?
After all, killings and violence has been a household exposure for over fifty years.
Adults and children alike have witnessed violence through television, movies, video games and other mediums.
Taking God out of the schools, organizations, even families, has contributed to people’s hard-heartiness and showing little compassion towards other human beings.
Sending young people to biased higher education has also added to the Leftist agenda ... so sorry to watch this movement.
Why blame weapons for violence when it is the person behind the acts of violence?
It is too bad the elected people (Democrats and Republicans) don’t see the real problem in our society.
