Girls JV wins two

West Branch High School’s junior varsity girls basketball team won two games in recent action.
On Nov. 21 at Durant, the Bears delivered a big win over the Wildcats, 48-27.
Top scorers included Rylan Druecker with 12 points, 14 rebounds, 3 assists, 11 steals; Maddy Hatfield with 13 points, 8 rebounds, 4 steals; Taylor Thein with 7 points, 3 steals; and Lexi Peak with 7 points, 5 steals
On Nov. 28, West Branch hosted Wilton and sent the Beavers home with a 46-34 loss.
