Grapplers beat Regina, fall to No. 3 Wilton

In a challenging River Valley Conference quad held Jan. 9 at Wilton, the Class 1A No. 20 West Branch boys’ wrestling team split a pair of tight duals and dropped a matchup against the 1A No. 3 hosts.
