Patricia Faye McQuillen, 88, of Moscow, IA, passed away peacefully on Jan. 30, 2025, at University of Iowa Health Care Medical Center in Iowa City, Iowa, surrounded by her loving family.
Services were held on Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2025, at Fry Funeral Home in Tipton.
Pat will be buried next to her husband, Lewis, at Rochester Cemetery. A luncheon will follow at the VFW Post 2537 in Tipton.
Memorials may be designated to St. Croix Hospice.

Pat was born on Aug. 5, 1936, in Tipton, Iowa, to Admiral Dewey and Myrtle Grace Osborn. She had one sister and seven brothers.
Pat graduated from Springdale High School in 1954. She married Lewis Mearl McQuillen on Dec. 29, 1956, in Springdale. Together they had two daughters, Pamela and Tami, and three sons, Lynn, William, and Brian.
Pat worked various jobs throughout her life, including as a roller-waitress for A&W Root Beer, a waitress at Anderson’s Bar, a bartender, a bookkeeper, a boxing judge for AAU, and a receptionist and dictation specialist at the University of Iowa’s Radiology Department.
Pat was a member of Grace United Church of Christ in Conesville. She was known for her cooking, especially her pancakes, Spanish rice, meatloaf, pizza, goulash, and gravy.
Her favorite color was green, and she had a passion for making everything green in her home.
Pat is survived by her brother, Frank; sister Sandra; sister-in-law Sharon; children Pamela (Steve) Hamilton, Tami McGary, Lynn (Jill) McQuillen, William (Jennifer) McQuillen, and Brian McQuillen; 15 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Lewis, six brothers, one sister, and many special in-laws.
