P&Z meets Sept. 27

The Planning and Zoning Commission meets 7 p.m. Tuesday at City Offices.
The agenda includes discussion of West Branch High School’s Phase 3 improvements, residential individual lot site plan requirements, and updating the city’s comprehensive plan.
The commission will vote on whether to approve expediting construction of Cedar-Johnson Road from Main Street to Greenview Drive and a connection between Greenview and Pedersen Valley subdivisions, paid for by Capital Improvement Plan funds.
City staff will discuss the salt shed site plan and the Croell Redi-Mix site plan.
